Our mission.

  • Transform classrooms into powerful learning spaces.

  • Go beyond training and help teachers implement it in school.

  • Build confident educators who lead change.

It isn’t a curriculum problem. It’s a pedagogy problem.

  2. 02

    Training that doesn't stick

The excitement fades. The classroom doesn't change.

    Exam focused learning

Knowledge disappears the moment the test is over.

    Different classrooms, different experiences

The way we work.

  1. Provoke

Open with a question worth chasing.

We begin by giving learners something they can't simply look past. A story, an image, a dilemma, a surprising question or a real-world problem. Something that challenges what they think they know and leaves them wondering.

That wondering creates a question. The question creates curiosity. And curiosity draws them into learning.

Wonder is not a detour from rigor. It is what drives it.

  2. Research

    Observe, predict, test, reason.

Once curiosity takes hold, we give learners a way to pursue it. They begin asking questions, gathering evidence, exploring different perspectives and looking beyond the first answer they find.

A question becomes an investigation. An assumption becomes something to test. A search becomes a journey of discovery.

The goal isn't to find the answer quickly. It's to learn how to find a better one.

The goal isn't to find the answer quickly. It's to learn how to find a better one.

  3. Immerse

Live the idea, don't just hear it.

Once learners have questions and evidence, we bring them closer to the world behind them. They encounter the people, places, perspectives and experiences that make the subject real, through observation, conversation, creation, experimentation or experience.

They don't just learn about something. They experience it, see it from different perspectives and begin to understand it more deeply.

Because some things cannot be understood from a distance.

Some things can't be understood from a distance. You have to be there.

  4. Synthesize

    Connect the dots into meaning.

After exploring different ideas, perspectives and experiences, learners begin to bring the pieces together. They compare what they have found, look for patterns, question contradictions and connect ideas that may not have seemed related at first.

The scattered pieces start to form a bigger picture.

And instead of simply repeating what they discovered, learners begin to form their own understanding, explain their thinking and arrive at new insights.

True understanding happens when scattered facts crystallize into personal insight.

  5. Mobilize

Use it, on Monday, in the real world.

Learning finds its purpose when it moves beyond understanding. Learners take what they have discovered and turn it into something real: a solution, a decision, a creation, a change or an action that matters.

They stop asking "What did I learn?" and start asking "What can I do with it?"

Because learning should not end with an answer. It should lead somewhere.

Learning should not end with an exam score. It should lead somewhere.

What changes when pedagogy finally clicks.

“Inquiry is not a strategy to be added to teaching; it is a mindset that transforms the way teachers design learning and students experience it.

The engagement helped our teachers move from teaching students what to learn towards designing experiences that genuinely enable students to discover how to think, question, and learn.”

I have spent years inside classrooms, watching the same things repeat. Fragmented initiatives, exhausted teachers, and good ideas that never quite reach the child. Gurukul for Gurus is how I change that, by helping schools transform the way they think about learning itself, so the change is real and it lasts.

Frequently asked questions.

Gurukul for Gurus is a school transformation partner for K–12 schools. We work with founders, principals, academic leaders and teachers to improve how teaching, curriculum and assessment work across the whole school, and have worked with educators in more than 12 countries.

One-off training usually ends when the session does, and classrooms rarely change. Gurukul for Gurus stays for what comes after: teachers design lessons with us and get feedback on their own plans, while we work alongside school leaders so the new practice becomes part of how the school runs.

PRISM is Gurukul for Gurus' inquiry-based approach to designing learning, in five moves: Provoke (open with a question worth chasing), Research (observe, predict, test, reason), Immerse (live the idea), Synthesize (connect ideas into meaning) and Mobilize (use it in the real world).

We work with schools following Cambridge International (including Cambridge PDQ pathways), the International Baccalaureate (IB), CBSE and ICSE. Our focus is how teaching and learning happen in the classroom, so the work carries across boards rather than replacing your curriculum.

Gurukul for Gurus first assesses your current curriculum, teaching and assessment against Cambridge expectations. We then guide leaders and teachers through curriculum mapping, pedagogy, assessment and classroom practice, so the school moves to Cambridge with a clear, structured plan instead of just a new syllabus.

Gurukul for Gurus provides continuous coaching, mentoring and practical development focused on classroom practice and instructional leadership. Teachers grow more confident and reflective, and leaders build the skills to guide their teams and keep improving without relying on outside support.

Yes. The Gurukul for Gurus Parent Education program helps parents understand modern learning, child development and assessment, and how to support learning at home. Schools build deeper trust with families, and students get more consistency between school and home.

Engagements with Gurukul for Gurus range from 8–12 week focused pedagogical sprints to multi-year whole-school transformation journeys. The right length depends on your goals and starting point, which we map out together before any work begins.

Cost depends on your school's goals, the programs involved and the length of the engagement, so there is no fixed price list. The quickest way to get an exact figure is a 30-minute discovery call, where we scope the work for your school.
